Do you want to try yoga?
Yoga Basics is perfect for those practitioners who are brand new to yoga or those who want to revitalize their yoga. Yoga is explained step by step in this class - with great attention to the correct posture of the practitioner and their individual needs. Breathing exercises are an important part of this class to find inner calm and balance and to take them home with you.
A 'back to basics' class is also recommended for advanced and long-time students from time to time so that the postures can be refreshed and reconsidered.
