Yoga with Nicole
Born and raised in Switzerland, Yoga is in my life for a very long time. Every day and wherever my nomadic life journey brings me. I was fortunate to travel to many beautiful countries and places where I had the chance to practice with so many wonderful yogis and yoginis. Learning various yoga styles and philosophies. Yoga helps me find my balance, grounds me and keeps me easy going.
With passion, I share my yoga experience and joy with students of all levels and ages. Here in the St. Gall Rheintal, Liechtenstein, the Austrian Vorarlberg and the entire Lake Konstanz region. And basically all over the world.
I recently moved back to Switzerland after living 12 years in the USA where I achieved my yoga teacher certification with Yoga Alliance.
My Yoga Journey
1994 – To avoid back surgery, I find yoga - for life.
Since then, I practice in many studios & workshops in Europe and USA.
2019 – Yoga Teacher Training, Certification RYT200 with Yoga Alliance in Dayton, Ohio, USA.
2020 – Move from USA to the St. Gall Rheintal, Switzerland. Online & in-person classes.
My specialty: Vinyasa Flow and Strong Flow, Breathing (Pranayama) and Guided meditation.
