Yoga Basics – Beginners, Intermediate & Experienced

Perfect class for beginners or practitioners that would like to refresh and realign the basic poses (asanas).

We carefully introduce beginners to yoga and will explain the asanas step-by-step.  The poses are adjusted and demonstrated so beginners can ease into their practice. Individual needs of the practitioners are addressed and adjusted with variations of the pose or with the help of supporting props.

The Pranayama – the breath work – is an important part of the basics class to ground and center.

For intermediate and experienced yogis and yoginis, this ‘back-to-basics’ class is recommended to re-align and refresh the fundamental breath as well as the body posture in the asanas.
