Breathing (Pranayama) is life.

This class focuses on inner balance, calmness, clear mind and helps to reduce stress.

Most of human kind is breathing on the top of the lungs which doesn’t give the muscles as much oxygen they need. Headaches, insomnia and neck tensions are the result.

This class addresses the stretching of the neck and shoulder muscles to allow expanding the upper body, open the heart. The students will be able to easily apply the techniques at home or at their work desk.

A deep breath can be beneficial in stressful every day situations, prior bed time to help calm the mind and body. It’s a simple, but very effective way to more balance and relaxation in life.

This class ends in a wonderful, relaxing meditation. You will leave the mat relaxed, balanced and recharged.
